STS Science – Grade 5

This STS assesses students’ understanding of the Respiratory System, Circulatory System, and Digestive System. Students are expected to understand the functions of the main organs, the processes involved in each body system, and how these systems work together to keep the body healthy.

Students should read each question carefully, understand what is being asked, and answer according to the information and instructions provided. They are encouraged to think carefully, apply their knowledge, and give clear and appropriate answers.
